Its that time again!

Chris and I are still finding it a little hard to believe that we have a SECOND grader! Though I'm sure we'll be saying something similiar for the rest of our lives..."I can't believe our little girl is in high school", "I can't believe our little girl is getting married"...
It all goes by way to fast. Everyone tells you that and you definitely are very aware of it but it's still hard to grasp.
We are so proud of her - she is a fantastic little lady! We are so excited for this new year and all the exciting things she is going to do and learn!

How to leave a comment

Some people who read my blog aren't very familiar with blogs. So they'll tell me about what they saw or read on my blog when they talk to me but never leave comments. I love to get comments! You don't need to have an account or create one. It's very easy to do.
Just follow these steps:
1. Click on the word "comment" directly below below the post.
2. A box will pop up with the title "leave your comment". Go ahead and type your comment in the box.
3. When you are done scroll down and click on the Name/URL circle and leave your name (don't worry about the URL).
4. Finally click the orange "publish your comment" box. That's it!

Thankful Thoughts: some silly, some meaningful, most are just thoughts

9-18-09: The good thing about having little sickies in my house is that I end up cleaning so much my house is "double clean".
09-09-09: I am thankful for whoever invented the Magic Eraser and Oxyclean. I don't know how I'd manage without either one of those!
9-5-09: I am thankful that Jaden made it through his first week of Preschool and I didn't get any notes or calls from the teacher about bad behavior!
9-4-09: I am so thankful that the Johns' family is safe, happy, and healthy!
7-30-09: I am thankful that I use only natural cleaners since my little ones like to "help" clean when I am busy with something.
7-28-09: I am sooo thankful for by new washer. Jaden has been sick two nights in a row (fine during the day which is curious) and I've had lots and lots to wash. But it takes no time to get everything back in order with my new beauty :)
7-27-09: Right now I'm thankful that the kids got worn out today swimming and everyone was asleep by 9:15. This kind of quiet time is a hot and very, very rare commodity!
7-20-09: Today I'm thankful that it is almost time to go to bed. Those crazy kids wore me out!
7-16-09: just realized I've been dating each entry "6-" that's June! I must have been in a fog. Well, I guess that's appropriate for the comment I was about to leave anyway...why is it that when you are soooo tired you never actually get to sleep? Or is that just me?
6-14-09: Today I'm thankful for coffee. And lots of it :)
6-13-09: I'm thankful for Mondays. I think of them as a "fresh start" to a new week. Also, because of Mondays I am much more thankful for Fridays :)
6-10-09: Today I am thankful for my many blessings as well as struggles and challenges. I think they make me appreciate my blessings that much more!
6-9-09: I am thankful for days like today when all 3 kids take a nap ;)
6-8-09: Right now I'm thankful that Chris will be home soon! My, my, my has it been a challenging day in theTyree household. I need a break :)
6-7-09: Today I'm thankful that Jaden can tell me what really happened when the older kids won't fess up!
6-6-09: Today I'm thankful for the Bachelorette - it makes getting through Mondays much easier knowing I can chill out in the evening and tune in to her crazy life...
